Highly Defective People Pt. 2

Here is the second part of the habits of highly defective people.

6. If you have an objective (which you shouldn’t) only go for it one time. If it doesn’t pan out, abandon it PDQ!

That used to be what I felt when I was younger; if I wasn't good enough at something, I'd give it a shot, then quit. That is why I never tried anything like sports or music or OK, anything besides reading.

7. Trouble is a sign that you should stop.

8. Let people’s criticisms and fears overwhelm you.

I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggone it, people like me.

9. Do not let courage coach your ambitions.

I was always so afraid to fail, I rarely tried anything new; the risk was not worth it. Now I am older and I understand that I must try new things. You can to. :-)

10. Beware of persistence because it is the habit of the victorious.

Haha, I don't know how many model cars I started...
