On Sunday, our pastor at Crossroads Chapel in Lucerne Valley make a statement that kind of stuck with me. He said that patience is what we need when aren't getting our way.
I thought that was a very good description. It seems true. When I am getting my way, everything is great. When something doesn't go my way, I need God-given patience to help me through it.
I would like to expound on this but my computer is currently on the floor in my computer room because we are getting new carpet for our home and we had to move everything out into the garage and it is not much fun sitting criss-cross apple sauce (used to be known as Indian style) on the ground.
I am getting older and my bones, muscles, joints (my back and knees don't like to be mistreated) all act crazy when I mistreat them.
So, all that said, I will post when I can, but new carpet is taking a priority. {It's also why it had been a few days since a new post}
I'll be looking for something controversial to post on. :-)
God bless,
Derrick

" Criss Cross Apple Sauce " is indeed the new way to express what I knew as "Indian Style". Who knows, Motts may be offended by that and the name will have to change again! Good luck and have fun enjoying the new carpet..
