Yiles! I think the younger woman's face says it all. She can't even believe she just said that if you really love your child and they are suffering, it is better for you to put a pillow over her head and smother her.

Well, this is a reminder that people sometimes bite the bullet and follow their crooked philosophy to its logical conclusions.
Of course, if one has no hope, expectation, or belief that suffering and evil exist for a good reason to be more fully realized at some point in the future, then he or she is more likely to wind up with the particular sort of hedonistic philosophy that seems to exist in the video.
