Wednesday: Random Thoughts

Although this is only my second entry into random thoughts, I apologize for any repeated thoughts. It will happen sooner than I like to admit, though I suppose I just did.

1) I often wonder what is wrong with my brain.

2) I refuse to look at websites that show all sorts of symptoms for diseases for fear that I "have" all sorts of diseases.

3) After a trip to the Science Discovery Center, I realize that other people's kids bug me more than mine. Is it because I can discipline mine or that others' kids are more annoying?

4) Many people don't understand my dry humor, aka sarcasm, aka being a jerk. These do not seem to always be mutually exclusive.

5) Does anyone else think that a 3 minute YouTube video sometimes seems like a big time commitment?

World's Ugliest Dog 2009

Ok. I admit. This is not the most academic of posts to signal my return after a month of laziness...I mean restfulness. So, here's the beautiful mug of this year's winner. Meet Pabst. Handsome devil isn't he?

And here is the beautiful Miss Ellie. "Miss Ellie, a blind 15-year-old Chinese Crested Hairless, won the pedigree category."

But ever the love of my life...Good ol' Sam. RIP Little guy. Somebody get him some food before he eats his leg off!!

This was cool. The first one is about 1:26. I cannot even imagine how long it would take someone to 1)design this or 2) set it up. Amazing and someone's got too much time on their hands. How much would it stink to mess up at nearly any point of setup?

Hernia Surgery
